Once, I was talking to my friend about how thankful I was for my teachers, and how amazing they were. My friend told me that I should tell my teachers that. I, being shy, told her that I would not. She said, "What if they were going to leave tomorrow? What if today was your last day to ever see them? You would be so upset that you didn't tell them how much you appreciated them... You've got to tell people when you appreciate them, 'cause what if you never have another chance?"

So, take my friend's advice. Think of that person that you really appreciate and thank them. Write a letter, record a video, email them, anything to let them know. :)
It is Summer.
The sun has melted every hope that Olaf had.
When we step outside, the breeze scorches our toes.
Even at night, we are in a state of perpetual sweating.
But...
We know how to remember the cooler moments.
We have learned to get up before the sun rises so that we can see that time when the earth is peaceful.
We live.
Happy Summer, everyone.

Summer

I honestly do not understand summer. Whoever came up with this idea... >:(
It gives kids opportunities to be bored out of their minds, and kids do "interesting" things when they're bored. It also gives us WAY too much time to think. I know I have spent most of this summer so far reflecting and regretting.

I think that if we HAVE to have a long break during the year, we should at least get it over the holidays so it's nice outside. Maybe that would make it better. :) Or, the schools should provide us with homework to do over the summer! =D

I just don't understand why everyone gets so excited... for nothing. I am counting down the days until school starts again!!!
